Dwight has been working in the insurance industry for three years. He started at Leatherdale Insurance in Winkler. Today, at MIG/Crocus's Winkler branch, Dwight focuses on homeowners insurance and Autopac. Of the industry, he says, "I enjoy dealing with people and getting to know those in the industry."

It's no surprise that Dwight became involved with the YBC, because he works with charter member Amy Chappellaz. He says, "Amy has been talking to me about the YBC for some time now. After the recent Young Broker Education Day, where I got to meet members of the group, I decided to join." Dwight is particularly interested in the Technology Committee since he enjoys working with computers and keeping up with the ever-changing environment.
Away from the office, Dwight is a sportsman. In the summer, he plays baseball and loves to hit the golf course. In the winter, he plays hockey for the Plum Coulee Xpress in the SEMHL.
