Andru originally started in the Insurance industry in 2003 through Pet Plan Insurance (a division of HED Insurance Solutions) and continued with them to year end 2004. In that position he was responsible for sales and customer service and was a also a claims risk management specialist.

From 2005 to 2010 Andru was in the Communications industry through Shaw Communications growing on three levels, ending in a field support specialist role.

Andru rejoined Western Financial Insurance (Formerly Pet Plan Insurance, now Western Financial Insurance) in October of 2010. Presently, he is a telephone sales customer service agent for Western Financial Insurance, representing six insurance brands that we underwrite from our head office here in Winnipeg.

Outside of the industry, Andru is active in the community and volunteers with various local organizations.
